Nina Holzer
I am a computer scientist who loves to solve technical challenges with interdisciplinary teams. GAIA is my first project in wildlife research and I am enthusiastic how our technologies can contribute to save a part of our nature.

Nina holds a diploma degree in computer science specialized on embedded systems and microrobotics. At Fraunhofer she worked on developing miniaturized cameras for broadcast applications (e.g. helmet cameras) before she specialized on project management. Since 2021 she is he heading a research group working on multimodal data analysis with different methods e.g. artificial intelligence. In GAIA she is responsible for project management on Fraunhofer side for the GAIA-Sat-IoT part.
